Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer UPS Ground shipping within the United States.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (such as weather or service issues).

Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
